I'm finding that, although I thought I was getting enough fruits and veggies...I really wasn't. It's been difficult to get the 5 servings in each day.

I can't turn mine off without taking out the batteries...at least not that I've found. And I've had it for quite a while(almost a year probably).

LOL that was my intention actually. As I said, just an experiment. And obviously my hypothesis was incorrect in thinking I would "burn" the 1690 of my BMR.

Like I said, there were times when it was...malfunctioning, or I turned it off, but never for very long. I mean, probably all together...since I was just sitting, less than 100 calories.

Well...I was 214 yesterday, but this morning I weighed in at 215.2. It's still a 1.4 lb loss I believe, so I will take it. I really think it has to do with Wednesdays! I work late, so I'm up later and eat later. Oh well...still a loss!
