Look at you go Annie! Hurt back and all!
Yes, I am trying! Took a long hot shower this morning and that definitely helped. I'm hoping it just needs to be worked out some and I'll be fine.

WOOHOO!!! Pink, my favorite color!

Doing light cleaning yesterday and today I've burned 791 calories. 4209 left to go! (P.S. Looks like I still have internet...weird. So I might have it through the beginning of next week when they come get their equipment, and then I get new internet on Wednesday)

This is going to make me sound very lame...BUT...I just threw my back out this morning. I'm going to the chiropractor tomorrow to see what he says, but as of right now, it's difficult to even walk. Please, please, PLEASE don't count me out of the group. I will try my best, and if the chiropractor gives me to okay to…

This recipe looks a lot less fattening than mine! My recipe calls for sour cream and heavy whipping cream.

YUM! That sounds amazing. The only soupy thing I make is Creamy White Chicken Chili and that, I can pretty much guarantee is not good for the waist-line!

I still have about 35lbs before I'm at what I said....but considering I was almost 100lbs from that before, I don't think I'm doing too bad!

Just pop em in the freezer as is. I have no idea how long they last in the freezer, I've watched my mom pull some out and say they've been in there a LONG time, and still make amazing banana bread. Then yes, take them out, let them thaw, mash them and your good to go.

Others have suggested, but I'd also agree with the stroller idea. I have a 20 month old and he LOVES to get in that stroller and go for walks. It's the only time he'll get in it! Snacks, toys, whatever to keep their attention. Even walking for 20 minutes a day is a HUGE help.

Can't you just walk? Around the block, down the road, around a track...something. I've always hated treadmills(too many America's Funniest Home Video's!) but I love going for a walk/jog down the road.

If you find the magic cure...let me know! From everything I've heard/read here's the "generic answer"...our bodies will burn fat wherever and whenever they want. However...I can't imagine that crunches wouldn't help. I also know of a girl who, once she started running, her belly started to shrink.

Potatoes and Onions will last a heck of a lot longer than a week. I've got 2 bags of onions I bought on sale mid-April and they're still good. My potatoes have been sitting there about a month too. With potatoes though, you want to make sure you check them before you store them. One bad potato will spoil them all. Also…

Big butter croissant lathered in nutella......So incredibly delicious.

Uhh...yeah. I have no idea! I really need help in this area too. A big thing I've heard is stretching burger by using rice. It's kind of the same texture, lol.

I've got an almost 19months old...going strong and have lost 50lbs already! I've always been bigger, but now I have the dreaded C-section belly flap. If I could get rid of that I would be the happiest momma alive!

I think the visit to the psychologist is the best idea. And I think you will be happy again, just the fact that you admit there is something going on, and are willing to get help, tells me that you'll be okay.

Wii fit, EA Active, Jillian Micheals for Beginners or 30 Day Shred. Just going out for a walk/jog is great exercise.

Must be one of those weeks. I know a lot of people, myself included, that have been just STARVING by the end of the day. Tomorrow is another day...don't worry about today.

The biggest thing that has helped me is to realize that this is not a diet or a weight loss plan. It's a lifestyle change. Even on the days when I'm not diligent and counting every calorie...I'm still conscious of what I'm putting into my mouth. Someone once told me that 80% of weight loss is what you eat(or don't eat).…

I really would not worry about it. First off, running is NOT for everyone. Even with a C25K program, some people just still can not run. Secondly, you gotta walk before you can run! Instead of concentrating on the running aspect, just work up to walking farther and farther. People have lost weight on walking alone. Do what…

My mom and I call it Volcanic Ash.
