I use Digifit. In the beginning, I ran RunKeeper, Digifit and Endomondo all at the same time to see which one I liked better. I think they are all great. It's just personal preference on which one works best for you. :happy:

I second this! I took the time and read the post mentioned above. I didnt have a clue about how BMR & TDEE worked until i read then.
