Well everyone I've stuck with my plan. Run Monday....DONE. Bike Tuesday...DONE. Strength training Wens......Done and Ran again today. Went to Week 4 of C25K with a 3 min, 5 min, 3 min, 5 min run with rest walks inbetween. Felt really good....I even had the briefest of thoughts that I might actually like running.:tongue:…
