I think you're doing great. I find that healthier foods have less calories in them, so you get to eat more. Protein shakes are great. I just put 1 1/2 cups of water in the blender, a scoop of protein powder, 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries and a 1/2 of frozen blueberries.
