  • You will lose more weight by not eating the exercise calories. Although, I do eat some of them on cheat days.
  • You also need to do your measurements. You may have lost some inches and you don't even know it! Measure your upper arms, chest, waist, hips and thighs. Over the past 9 weeks, I only lost 12.5 pounds, but I lost 13 inches.
  • A comfy, enclosed bed where she feels safe. My one kitten loves little toy mice, my other loves balls that crunch. A scratching post, wet and dry food (the vet said wet food is another way to keep them hydrated, mine likes shredded or flaked food, they hate pate!), those circles that the ball keeps going around, kitty milk.
  • Exercise the the LAST thing I want to do!!! But, I do it. I feel great after!! It takes cramps away and it gives me an out for my grumpiness:)
  • I have a very long way to go and I'm super motivated! I'm with you on needing a good group to keep me motivated! I'm doing kickboxing 3 days a week and just got a treadmill and bike for home too! I have no more excuses!
