Anyone feel free to add me. I don't have a set goal in mind of exactly how much I want to lose but what is consider the healthy rate would be loosing 80 lbs total. Its going to be a long road ahead of me but Im already 10 weeks in and not going back.

Where do you get the powder from? I am always afraid of the chalky taste and hate the thought of wasting money on something I will not like.

Dont feel discouraged, a lot of times in the Hospital you get 3 FULL meals and I know when I have been in there I ate every bit of it. Plus you have no activity in there. They usually want to Bulk you up and keep you healthy. Once you start feeling better you can start again.
