I eat around 1800 a day. I eat back all of my excercise calories and have lost 17 pounds since May 1st. I am 67 inches tall. SW: 179,CW 162,GW 145......slow and steady and I feel great!

40 years old and I'm 5'7 too SW:179 5/1/2013 CW:162 GW:140-145 I have lost steadily since May 1st and I hope to continue. I workout for at least one hour per day 6 out of 7 days a week. I eat my excercise calories back,too. Most day I eat around 1800 cal. My goal is to be at my goal weight by the end of this year :)
