I have no idea, just don't log your exercise and you definitely won't know they are there.

I log daily and encourage others, but if someone doesn't interact with me and is not a daily logger or encourage likewise, I will delete them just as quickly as I added them. :o)

You are amazing! You totally deserve all the "atta girls" you have gotten and I know hearing that from your doctor gave you pride and gratification!! Keep up the good work and great job proving that "old fashioned" diet and exercise is way better than a surgical procedure!! Congratulations!! What an inspiring story!

I did it for 4 days level 1, last week. It does get easier as far as the soreness, but I gained 2 lbs during the 4 days I did it. I have also been running along with doing the shred videos (3-5 miles per day). I quit after the 4 workouts because I wasn't happy with gaining at this point when I still want to…

You really need to do some cardio to loose fat. Try running in place, jumping jacks, jump rope, butt kicks...etc....anything to get your heart rate up and sustain it.

I finished Day 4 level 1 last night. I am doing that, as well as some light running/walking. I haven't changed my calorie intake. I have gained 2 lbs. Surely this couldn't be muscle gain already??? Anyone got any ideas/suggestions? I'm still eating around 1200 calories a day and eating a few of my exercise calories back…

I started Sunday. Tonight was my 3rd Workout..aside from being extremely sore Monday morning...it's not been too bad. I'm looking forward to seeing some results. Good luck to you all.

Definitely stop. I haven't drank tea in 8 years so I started with diet drinks........they make you retain fluids like crazy and the carbonation makes you bloat. I started couch to 5K in March and didn't loose a single pound until week 6. I was loosing inches, but the scale wasn't moving. It will move eventually.......just keep going. :o)

When I read this, I thought.....this was me a month ago. Then someone on one of these forums pointed out how much more sodium these meats have in them and I was very surprised.
