Hi everybody, I am on my rest day of week 1. My god does my body hate me. However, I have lost about 15 pounds in the past two weeks and I feel so much better throughout the day (besides the obvious muscle soreness). I would drink close to 5 or 6 soda's a day. I dont even want to fathom the amount of sugar or caffeine I was getting.

I guess I should elaborate. That was in 2008 when I was in Afghanistan. I was about 190 in this picture. Eventually got to 185. The good ol' days.
