eh...i keep under my calorie goal every day, but some days are too crazy with everything else going on to keep my head straight about amounts and what of remembered to log them in by the time i get home which is usually pretty freaking late.

dont be ashamed. ive done far worse than you. i use to only allow myself 100 calories a day and run 6 miles. amp up the protein. the only way i can even get close to my goal is through shakes. just make sure everything you eat is good for you so you can feel good about your calories. i try a lot harder now than i ever have…

very true! i weened myself off by using those flavored sugarless packets and eventually decided i didnt wanna be consuming aspartame and increasing my chances of depression, migraines, and cancer, so i switched to water, smart water and using a brita filter is the ONLY way i drink water, everything else tastes disgusting

sometimes you have to work through tragedies like these, talk to him and try to understand where hes coming from (even though thats seemingly impossible) but obviously you two are together for some good reason, hopefully you can set him straight and make him see his mistake and help him learn from it...and not be so gay.
