Has anyone done a detox day? What did you eat? Did it get rid of your food baby?
On Tuesday I'm going to resume to eating heathily and I'm starting Insanity ek!

You know what gets rid of a food baby? time. Let digestion run it's course and you're fine. No need for detox days because they actually don't do anything0 -
One day a life does not make. It is only a day. I know nothing about body detox but just stay on track and work out. Great profile pic... Nice wt. loss... A 3 stone loss is awesome.0

Happy birthday! Ordinarily, I would say drink lots of water, let your digestive system do its job and carry on eating healthily tomorrow. After looking at your profile, I'd say all that, but more so. Keep eating food! :flowerforyou:0

I have those days. I don't know about detox but time, water, and avoid junk food usually works. Currently doing it actually. I've eat "clean" (salads tastes good today) and am drinking plenty of water. Pooping does help too.0

The thing is, I hardly ever poop0

What does "hardly ever" mean? Is it to the point where it's causing discomfort, or is it just the way you naturally function? Some people go twice a day and some go once a week. Are you drinking enough water and getting plenty of fiber?0

If I do, sorry if this is too much info but it's just a little ball - hardly worth it. I always feel the need to go but nothing comes.I drink plently of water, my fibre intake is around 25g a day... I eat mostly veg. Maybe I need some oily foods?

Happy Birthday!
At 6 stone 10 lbs (94 lbs) and 5'6 you weigh far too little and I think from your profile that you know and acknowledge that. I hope you find that you can learn to eat more without feeling that you're looking pregnant or feeling overstuffed. I'm sure you are working on this and hope that you will be able to work out a healthier diet and attitude to eating. Lots of love XXXX0 -
Have a green smoothie with lots of kale in it. It's healthy and will get you poopin'.0

Everyone does things they regret. Try to focus on today, not yesterday. Don't feel like you have to "do something" to correct a mistake. Just because you over-ate, doesn't mean you poisoned your body or that your body is somehow dirty or toxic. Learn to accept yourself as a human that makes mistakes. Don't send yourself on a guilt trip; that usually ends up causing even more problems. Look in the mirror and say "Dang! I
you!:smooched: :smooched: "

I checked out your profile and it looks like we're very similar. I do this often, where I feel like I have a bad day then I'll try to correct it the next day by detoxing. What I do is drink a ton of water, and only eat completely natural foods (mostly fruit and vegetables), making sure not to go above 500 cals. Generally, I've found that while the low cal day averages out the bad day, I tend to binge more after I detox because I'm hungry. This makes the binge/restriction cycle pretty bad.
I'd say the best thing to do is just go back to normal, making sure to drink a lot of water. I know it doesn't seem like it, but one day isn't going to hurt you. I know how hard it is to think like this though. Hang in there!0 -
youre. fine. put away the mirrors and breathe in and realize youre going to be ok, everythings ok, its alright to eat a crap ton! thats generally my vacation if im at my inlaws. its hard to escape polish perogies.. you arent gonna wake up tomorrow looking as if you eat out of icing tubs with 50million cats at home. pinky promise.0
