My wrists are also 7" and I'm 5'5". My goal weight is 140lbs...It was so long ago but I'm pretty sure I look awesome at that weight! LOL:laugh:

I quit 2 years ago (January 10th)on Zyban . I never thought I could do it but I DID!! I'm really proud of myself! I did gain 40 lbs but that is why I'm here now :) You can do it!!!
