I don't like the taste of the yolk. It's just a personal preference for me.

I swam with mine this weekend and now it doesn't work. I never wore it in the shower because I wasn't sure if it was water resistance or not. I forgot to take it off while we were camping. I wasn't really swimming I was splashing around a creek with my kids.

I started this on Monday and I'm loving it. I was eating healthy but my macros were way off,, this has helped a lot. The workouts are fun and a lot more intense than I thought the would be.
