Thanks, I needed to hear that. I didnt lose or gain any weight this week. But I really was hoping that I lost. Oh well. maybe next week. I really need to start measuring inches.

Sounds like BS.. you gotta have some sort of exercise to stay fit. POINT BLANK. But thats ok, let her be stingy and broke for paying that amount. You will be looking great when you get to your goal, and she will gain it all back, soon as she cant afford her $600 diet plan anymore.. LOL

Take the kids to park, and run around with them for exercise. Im not a stay at home mom, but I get my 3 year old to do the workouts with me, he gets in the way sometimes, but I just keep going.. you can do it, just have to get motivated.

I hate going over, but sometimes there is nothing you can do about. Eat a light snack or something low calorie, so you wont go over by alot. I have went over a couple of times and have still lost weight, due to all the good days I stayed under. You will be ok,when you do go over, just think tomorrows a new day, and just…

maybe you gained muscle weight, or its your time of the month.. I always gain around the time due to water weight and bloat..
