im going thru the same thing.. sometimes i just feel like giving up. but i dont. just keep tracking even though im losing then gaining. but i found out it, its my emotions that trigger it or plain boredom, so now im really tryna keep my self busy and keep my emotions in check.. stick with it you will get back on track…

so im missing the point of not eating fruit.. how does one carve the sweet cravings.. i usually do it with fruit. less calories..

I just unhid mine, I found my self adjusting my calories intakes (confession) now that it's un hid I feel like I have to be more honest with what I recorded. Kind of a motivation for me to get back on track knowing people will be able to see what I eat for the day!

Shake it off.. U may not have gained..don't be so hard on your self.. Tomorrows a new day, and u can just make it up tomorrow. You've done great so far, so I have no doubt that u will continue to do well.. Good luck!!

just enjoy your self and dont worry bout your diet.. drink a lot of watter and pack 100 calorie snacks and fruit..

oh. i guess sometimes the weight fluctuates?? or what bout your scale? maybe its off... i wouldnt worry bout it too much. if you weigh in again next week and you gain more then i would be worried. just keep up ur good diet and exercise and it will work out..
