Goals Goals Goals!

I started to get tired of dieting today so instead of grabbing the chips I went to my computer! I made a simple countdown with the days to go until I want to reach my goal! The process took my mind off snacking and it has created motivation for me to keep going. I suggest everyone make one and hang it up for those days when dieting seems impossible!

  • very nice! Isn't that always great to feel like you made a change in yourself by just doing one small thing? Sometimes I find myself at night time "getting hungry" when really it is just bored cravings. So, I drink some hot tea and read a book. ANYTHING to get my mind on the goal and out of the junk food :)

    I did up my "count down" yesterday and it feels good to have dates put to those goals instead of just figures!!!
