I have been sprinkling chia seeds on all my meals for the past week. I started using them by a suggestion from a friend to help lower my cholesterol. I have noticed that they make me feel more satisfied with my meals and also helped my bowels to be more regular.

I have more energy and feel better in my jeans (they're not as tight in the waist).

Maybe try incorporating Chia seeds or Flax seed in with your food. I spinkle Chia seeds on all my meals. They have lots of health benefits. A friend of mine recommended it to help lower my cholesterol, which it has many health benefits....the bowels too!

Glad this topic came up and for the reply from NovemberJune. This is very helpful. I have been debating on what to go by. I moved to this site from sparkpeople.com. The tracking is very similar, but it wouldn't add in your calores burned.....so I wasn't eating more.

I am 5'5" and my goal weight is 145. I felt good when I was 159 at about a size 10 jeans, but want to be a 5/7, so I figured 145 would be perfect for me.

That is a tough workout. Great results. I am currently doing the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution...love it, very similar to the ripped in 30.
