I have high cholesterol too and on meds for it, but want to change the way I eat instead of having to take the meds. I bought the clean eating book a few months ago....think I am going to get serious and start changing my ways. I am tired of processed foods....just feel blah after eating like that.

Thanks for the info on the CLX proram....that's what I will be doing after JMBR. I am halfway through Phase 2....so I got some until I start CLX.

I had lost 20 lbs. a few years ago and went from a C to a B cup. They do say we tend to carry fat in the chest and mostly on the sides under the armpit area too. :( I know how you're feeling.

The chest flys are hard for me too....my shoulders were on fire with those. I would advance on to 7 & 8. I did 7 for the first time yesterday and it's a killer!!!! A lot of planks and push ups. Try to do as many as you can with holding your leg up/out....it will help you in building your balance. Or even if you cannot extend it as far as Jillian wants you to just watch Natalie (the tall girl with the black hair), I notice she doesn't have such great balance and she keep her foot/leg lower than the others. You have had major changing in your life for the best. Congrats on getting through the difficult times.....what a great success and inspiration you are. I went through the same thing with back surgery and getting cut off the meds too soon.

I cannot do running mans (weak bladder there), so I do the kick outs with arm circles in it's place. As for the crabs.....they kill my wrists! Am I the only one? I tried putting my hands out to the side and back out behind me and still hurt. I focus so much on the hurt that I just cannot get through them at all.

I don't see a problem with mixing it up and doing your own type of cardio. I got tired of Cardio 1 because I had done the kickstart and then had to take a break after almost completing week 2 (ankle Injury), so I started substituting TurboFire for the cardio. I burn more with the TurboFire too.

I started P2 yesterday also....my shoulders and arms are killing me! Those cable chest flys are what did it for me. I actually liked the Woodchoppers too!
