I wear baggy/loose pants or shorts (ie: Nike shorts) And who cares if people can see you are wearing a pad. It should be none of their concern what you choose to do to manage your period. Just do what ever exercises feel the most comfortable to you and you should be fine.

I'm 5'4". I'm currently around 140-141lbs (give or take depending on the day). Right now I'm aiming for 135, and I'll go from there if I want to lose more.

I've used the Just Dance games as work outs. You just have to push yourself to move your feet and arms to get yourself sweating. I did that for a whole month while I was home from school one time because I didn't have a gym membership. Kept the holiday weight off.

Wheat thins or some sort of cracker. Or I take pita bread and brush some olive oil and sprinkle some spices on it and bake it in the oven really quick to make some home made pita chips. :)

I just make room for the drinks I want to drink my eating a smaller lunch or dinner. Or going a bit harder in the gym the day of... So then it's a treat when I do get to enjoy a drink or two...

C25K is the only thing I've used. It's me second time around using the program. I even moved onto 5k to 10k after finishing it the first time, but I hurt my knee and decided to start over when I was healed.

One thing I found that was really helpful for me on those horrible period days was doing yoga. I even found yoga sequences on youtube that are ment for your period. Sometimes. When I'm back at my university's gym I may workout on my own in the afternoon, and then I might hit up a yoga or spin class later that evening. I usually do this once or twice a week to just mix things up some.

My friend and I would go to my school gym's spin classes all the time. One of my favorite classes they would offer. It was one of my favorite things to do to mix up my weekly work out routine. :) Which reminds me, I should start back up with them when school starts again haha.
