Optimum Nutrition for me tastes great. Get Vanilla, use 4 ounces low fat milk ( or to consistency preference ) use some crushed ice, and a tablespoon of peanut butter, blend and enjoy!!!

The key is to remember what the good days feel like and use those for motivation. Everyone has times when they feel like they aren't accomplishing anything. I just think about what I have already accomplished and realize I don't want to go back to where I was.

Yes, when lifting heavy it releases hormones. Mainly Testosterone in men, not sure about females. More Testosterone equals more fire in the furnace! Just one of the benefits to lifting!!
