Fantastic! Keep kicking *kitten*. You're beautiful

Yea it won't let me add you either. And my pleasure. Haters gonna hate. The problem with the fitness industry is that it's "defined" and directed by thinner / fitter people.

I have lost 150lbs in 1 1/2yrs so it CAN be done. I say use this app to find a good start in daily intake. Most importantly you need cardio and lifting weights increases more calorie burn and continues for hours after you have stopped exercising.

If I can do it losing 150lbs, you can too. Hang in there
-
It is possible ladies!! And it WILL be done
-
All you need is determination, and dedication.

And juliehighland, I live just north of Ft. Worth maybe 20-30 minutes. If you need a workout buddy.

And I lost 150lbs on my own, no trainer, no surgery, no nutritionist. It can be done!!!

I say it's a big goal, BUT if you want it then let's do it together!!

I was over 500 pounds when I decided to do something about my life. My daughter was coming up on her first birthday as well when I made the decision. That was 6 years ago. I lost 150lbs on my own with no surgery or assistance from a trainer. 3 years ago I fell into a slump that I have not been able to climb out of. Feel…

I'm in a stalemate as well and have been now for 3 years. I can't seem to find that drive or desire. But I've made the step in the right direction by posting in here.

I'm afraid to step on a scale but I have at least another 80 pounds to go. It's a battle daily

Gotta stay together! It's a war zone out there.

Agreed. Tummy seems flatter

I don't want to be that person I was before. I can't do it. I seriously feel lost and no direction.

I've been there the last 3 years and can't find my drive or motivation. I feel like a complete slob. But, apples are your key. Eat an apple or part of one 20 minutes before a meal and it will help with that satiated feeling.

I have busted my *kitten* to lose a total of 120 lbs and highest loss was 140 lbs. It is a mindset and lifestyle. Not a quick fix.

When I started working out, I had a fear of being ridiculed at the gym. I was 500 pounds, and going to the gym there was all the good looking fit people in there. I had to just face the fact that everyone in there is trying to achieve the same things. Once I started, I was amazed how many people were supportive and…

Good job, and add me if you wish.

I was also going to add in the sexual favors as incentive thing but didn't want to cross that line, but yea that would work on most men lol

Just make sure you take enough time off to heal completely. Last thing you want to do is pull the sutures out or things of that nature. I wouldn't worry too much on losing much muscle mass in the weeks of recovery. Most likely you will be weaker anyways just from the surgery itself. Take your time and definitely don't over…

Maybe he feels intimidated by you for the fact you work out a bunch. Get him to try an outside sport or something. If he won't change, then he doesn't want to. Nothing you can do to help him.
