  • Day 1 is in the books. I broke mine up in 25. After working out with Zumba and weights i'm sure i will feel it in the A.M. Yeah me!!!
  • I am going to use my exercise ball on the wall to help me through my knee issues
  • I have a bum knee but I want to do this. Do you think I could get the same results by doing this on the wall with a ball?
