yup! Thats my problem..maybe we need to eat double our calories at morning then...protien shakes, eggs, and carbs...maybe that will help...in order to keep the dinner low calories...(i like to do my salads with black beans at night...so its not so heavy and ruining my workouts...)

Question for you then: What if I still need to eat "350" calories after my workout and all my food and its like 9pm at night...?? Am i still putting my self in starvation mode if I am not even that hungry?...and if so..what should I eat? (already reached my protein goal...:/)

I can SOO relate...but try and not beat yourself up..but also know that your BETTER than those oreos!! Every time I look at food now I think how long will it take me to walk.run..dance that off..is it REALLY worth it..and not even just the exercise, but you are toying with emotional stress with a fight and it is SO easy to…
