  • 1- Exercise 3 times a week. I have very little free time to exercise, so finding that time is always a struggle. Ideas in that area would be very helpful. I'm in the beginner stage at exercising. 2- Track what I eat 3- Stay motivated for the entire 75 days. Most of the time I get discouraged and stop.
