Fast food is very cheap, but you have to plan your meals. Its crazy here in the US that you can eat a lunch at McDonalds for about $4. If you can not afford a gym membership, walking is good, walking if free. Everybody has Free right now in their pocket. Start small and see what works for you. Also, see what the portion…

I purchased my Polar FT4 a couple of weeks ago, and will be starting water aerobics soon and was wondering the same thing. Spent $96 on it and just cant afford for anything to go wrong with it right now. I wear mine Polar FT4 cheststrap under.

On work day: Breakfast 6am Snack around 10am Lunch around 11:30 am -1:30pm Snack around 4:30pm Lite Dinner around 8pm usually late when I finish working out

oh my yes, usually right before, but I try not to change anything. Usually gain 5-7 pounds, usually go back down to normal, plus loose more, but dont change anything: diet or exercise

it will be fine. Found out myself 2 months ago that I have it. Just cut out the white bread, flour, pasta. Everything in moderation. I found that I cook more now instead of eating out all the time.
