My doctor called after I was diagnosis with a 1800 calorie diet but I had already stated a 1550 plan. I would say stick with what the doctor said until you know how your body reacts to it. Started April 15, 2012. I think I have been going pretty good. Started off with 1550 calorie and reduce with weight loss. I'm now at 1340 a day. I exercise an average of 6 days per week and do not eat back the exercise calories unless I'm just staved but usually not. I try to exercise at least 45-60 minutes mostly cardio.…
