I'm 5'5" with a start weight at 227. Start calories at 1580 in April. With every 10 pound loss, MFP ask if you would like to adjust you cal intake. I'm now at 1380 and that is as low as I will go. oh my goodness Yessss, too much. I go to the gym 6 day per week with a rest day on Sunday, but I'm thinking about just taking a walk on that day after church. I think you are doing too much. No I know not to expect a six pack, but some progress. I'm doing the Elliptical for 30 to 60 on my day when I get off work and on Saturdays morning for 60 to 90 minutes.
