I eat nuts. I have to get the pre package 100 calorie almonds or the 190 calorie engery mix by Planters. I dont trust myself to have a whole bag or jar, I will over do it. :laugh: So Emerald has a box with 7 100 calorie bags in it and I just put on bag in my gym bag to eat after I finish working out

I sometime have the Fiber One Brownie. Heat for a few seconds in the microwave. Put a 100 calorie scoop of frozen yogurt on top. That really gets me through the cravings. There are a lot of opinions on that, I usually do not eat mine back. So far I have not had any problems. But, if I'm hungry I eat, but on a regular day I do not eat them back.

No 'last meal' here. I consider this a lifestyle change. Will not be on a diet the rest of my life. So I just consider this as making better choices, you can eat but just can eat unheathly foods all the time.
