Oh yes, a very big concern. I've even walked in the rain, some a work was surprise that a black women will walk in the rain because of the hair issue. Thats what blow dryer, flat iron, curling irons are made for. :laugh:

I go to Curves, but I mainly walk and enjoy it. And yes, with eating correctly the weight will melt off. I try to get in at least 1.5 to 2 hours 3 days per week. If I'm pressed for time then its just one hour.

My knees. I do good just to walk at a fast pace. Thought about jogging and possibly running, but dont think so. Not as young as I use to be. I'll stick with walking a brisk pace. Thanks :wink:

From what the majority of the people on the site is saying, A HRM is good it it has a chest strap. Now Mio, what you were looking at, I saw on in Best Buy that could be used with or without the strap. I think the chest strap is good to get a more accurate reading, but I will not try it until in the morning.
