Hi young lady. I am twenty years older then you and trying to lose a person (135) pounds. So far I've lost fourteen pounds and wish you great success. Don't give up and I won't either. God bless you.

Some might say it's bad for you but I drink them and they add no calories. If you can stand the "burps" I think it's okay. Good luck

Wll join the club.My yogurt has 11 grams. A banana is crazy with sugar. As a diabetic I monitor my sugar and it's getting better since I've joined MFP. Hang in there and good luck.

Walmart sells a Weight Watchers scale which I have found to be pretty good.

Carpet will make you weigh lighter but if you put your scale in the bathtub you should get a good reading. Just make sure you don't slip. Weight Watcher scales are good and they can be purchased at Walmart for under $ 40.00.:flowerforyou:
