I'm the opposite, I feel like it severely underestimates the caloric burn. It's good at tracking steps and sleep, nothing else really. If I want a general idea of what I burned I'll wear my Polar Strap.

I got some for decoration too and decided to cook one to see what it was like. They are really hard to cut so I figured in order to reduce the cooking time I'd cut it into fourths.
