I just posted about this very thing this morning. I feel your pain! All we can do is keep going, right? I am trying to remind myself that I would rather have the scale stay put than creep up. (It doesn't help me THAT much, but it's something.) :) Hang in there & keep up the hard work! We are worth the effort!!!

I haven't taken measurements, but am always keenly aware of how my clothes are fitting. Sadly, they're all feeling pretty snug. :(

There's no need to rest. I feel better when I don't skip a day. (Plus I know myself well enough to know what skipping one day is a slippery slope for me.)

I always weigh myself naked, first thing in the morning, before eating or drinking anything, and after I've peed. :)
