yes! 45 and active with exercise but not as hardcore as those P90xers.......love to have some "same aged peers" to help with my weight loss goal...

my goal is small so I don't set myself up to fail- 10 pounds by June 22nd would help me feel like I could get another 10 accomplished by end of summer! I am hoping that this public broadcasting helps with the psychology of the weightloss sticking to it.!

well,,, not really a lot to loose but it feels like a lot when it is concentrated on my thunder thighs!!! I am having self loathing about my fat and cellulite ridden upper legs/butt cuz the rest of me ain't too bad i'm 45 5 2 CW: 147 GW: 125 I need some cheerleading too :(
