If you have a sweet tooth that you're trying to curb, this is not the cereal for you. It's loaded with sugar and will set off cravings. Not what you probably want to do first thing in the morning!

Just remember that dietary cholesterol has very little to do with serum cholesterol, look at the numbers from ketoers who've had great bloodwork after years or decades, and keto on.

If you've eaten 700something calories today, you are starving yourself to the point where you are violating the Geneva Conventions's rules for how to treat prisoners of war. Seriously, eat something. Having a thigh gap is not worth hurting yourself.

Your period will go wonky when you start keto. It may take a few months to sort itself out, but you'll probably find it becomes a lot better once your body gets used to keto. Mine got lighter, shorter, and fewer cramps and better mood. I suspect 80% of that is simply due to not eating sugar, personally.
