I use the Bariatric advantage chewables. They are pretty easy to chew, and there not to terrible as far as taste. I had my sleeve done on 2/10/15 and I definitely have to break them up and give myself at least 5 minutes in between each chewable. Hope this helps

My pre-op diet is going well. I have felt hungry but I am pushing through it. I'm glad to here your doing awesome dsjsmom23! It definitely encouraging to here. I have also found the posts here to be very informative klcovington. It does help me to see what to expect.
