  • I had my first IP Blended Mocha today.. I went to Dutch Brothers (Coffee stand) and I gave them my premade chocolate shake, asked for two shots of espresso, 1 tsp of Cinammon, blended with ice.. My IP drink was so yummy! It's a must try if your craving coffee on a hot day. :)
  • I'm about to finish week 2. So far everything is good. What I like most is the energy I have. I feel so alive now, not so tired.. The only thing I worry about is loosing muscle. I guess I'll find out when I weigh in tomorrow.

  • Hi! I'm on week two and so far I'm doing great. I go in for my weigh in on Thursday.. I'm a bit nervous that I might loose a bit more muscle mass.. If so, I'm sure my coach will give me tips on how to prevent that.

  • Hi! I'm Melissa. I too need some friends to help motivate me. I started off at 240lbs and now I'm at 186. Spent 9 months working out like crazy then I hit a plateau. Now I'm in my first week of ideal protein and it's getting easier. My goal is to get too my pre baby weight. :-)
  • I'm on day 5 of ideal protein and so far I've lost 10 lbs. I think most is due to water weight. I've lost 50lbs with working out but then I hit a plateau. It's nice to see my scale finally move. :-)

  • Hello.. I'm Melissa and my 2 year old son was diagnosed with Autism in January. We are just a few weeks away from starting IBI (Intensive Behavior Intervention) therapy.. My life is super busy, since I work full time and juggling therapy and appointments. I hope I'll be able to squeeze in some work out time in between.. :)
