wear it to bed even though it does not track sleep so you can still track your steps in the middle of night (bathroom, water, etc). Also it is a reminder to move. I have had my ultra for almost a year now and love it! I feel naked when I forget it.

Been plant based myself since July with a few missteps along the way. Tried vegan for about 45 days, but missed cheese and butter too much (not so much the dairy as I have been drinking almond Milk for a while). Don't miss meat at all and have actual felt ill the few times I have eaten it since July.

Another vote for shoes. Go to a running store, get your gait analyzed, and ask for the low cost options. Once you know what you need you can also look on-line for better deals. There are a lot of places to find shoes at a lower price once you know what you should buy.
