A general response since I have not looked at your diary....chill on salt ...salt hides in everything ...drink more water ...I know that may sound weird but the more water u drink the less your body will hold.

1. My boobs are flat as pancakes 42c to 38b :0/ 2. My body is saggy including my hooha. Thanks to 8 years of being over weight and a 10lb baby that is now turning 8 in a month 3. All my stretch marks show including my boobs I think if I drop to the weight I want my boobs will be a nearly a B

Basically he said if u go gluten free stay gluten free because it takes awhile to reverse effects of gluten......I have not yet gone to a dietitian if my plan does not work that will my next step

I figured my upper body was going to need an over Hal but running is no problem ...specific question? When I was in the military the incline monkey bars rotated ....do these move while you are trying to go across?
