Everyone is beautiful in their own way, regardless if there is a belly or not :-P I myself have a belly, but it is very slowly shrinking. To lose fat in that area is mostly eating healthy and have a great diet. Losing weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise, and they go hand in hand! Feel free to add me, if you like :) Katrina

Thats awesome!! im on an Ultra low carb diet as well!! Feel free to add me and we can motivate each other! :) Katrina

yeah it's awesome!! I've met so many nice people during the games too! There was even a guy who had 2 prosthetic legs who was competing and he was amazing! So just seeing that was an inspiration. If he can do it, then why can't i?? :)

I used to be scared of gyms!! Not anymore though, I think people stare at me now because of how much I can lift! ;-) But I suggest Insanity, which is great! A good exercise is running, walking, and even power walking. :)

Let me see when I feel disgusted with myself which I haven't felt in awhile, I usually go to the gym and blow off some steam. NOT ONLY just regular exercise, but i use the punching bag! I feel great after! I'm also very into arts and crafts, so if i'm feeling down, i knit something or even do photography! that always makes…

Here's the bf guys! I'm pretty sure the log is about 110-120 lbs for men. For women i think it will be a bit lighter than that. We pretty much have to pick it up first and make sure we have a good balance, then walk about 10-15 feet, FLIP IT, and we get a good score if it lands directly 12 o'clock

We might! hahaha :-P Thank you!! :)

Yesss definitely! I was watching my boyfriend compete and one of our friends were taking photographs during the stone throw....and they accidentally threw it right her. Luckily she just had a bruise on her leg and nothing serious. O_o

Thanks guys!! Not sure if im going to do well though lol The light weight is 16 lbs, which isnt too bad. Now swinging around 28 pounds is a WHOLE different story!! As for the caber (log) toss....i'm going to wing that one! hahaha

Main lifts you need to learn are deadlifts, back squats, and bench press. Im not really a bench presser but I do the other 2. Definitely start lifting light and as you get more comfortable with it increase the weight 5 pounds more each week. Also women don't get bulky from lifting, it really helps strengthen your core and…

I'm on a very low carb diet and I do a lot of powerlifting. So a cheat day is a necessity for me! I eat so healthy for 6-7 days, that having a cheat day really isn't bad for me. With the diet I'm on, the carbs and sweets on my cheat days help me burn fat! :) It all depends on your goals. :)

Amen sista!! Once I got into powerlifting and eating only 1200 calories...i knew this wasnt enough food to help me lose, or even help me gain my muscle!! I did find a site with a TDEE calculator and this is way much better than 1200. Sometimes I feel like I can go up to more! Yesss be more positive! We are all trying to…

Don't give up! I've been on my weight loss journey since April of 2011 and I weighed 200 lbs, lost 30 pounds instantly but i lost it the unhealthy way. Which was tons of cardio, slimfast, and just pretty much starvation mode. I knew if i stopped i'd gain it all back. I did get back to my old habits, gained 10 pounds back…

I felt the same way a long time ago. But sitting and complaining won't get you anywhere. trust me I've been there. 2011 i weighed 200 pounds! So i got up and did something about it. I'm finally down to 161 which is almost a 40 pound weight loss in 2 years. Anyone can do it :) you just really need to put your heart and mind…

Thats awesome!! Results of the carb nite solution is different for everyone. I've only been on the diet for almost for weeks now and already lost 7 pounds. I heard, I wont like the results on the scale especially if i do a lot of strength training and powerlifting since im gaining muscle. But as you can see in the photos…

I started focusing on my weight loss this past july and lost 13 pounds. There were some days where I was below my calorie intake anda few days a week where I was 200-300 calories over. What I really watch are the type of nutrients i get from each food i eat. I actually watch the food pie and make sure I get enough healthy…
