Little tip; when you put ricotta and spinach together (or ricotta with anything tbh) add nutmeg. Makes the whole things worth eating. :)

Cottage cheese. I put it in everything. Salad dressings, sarnies, with pasta, on pizza, on fruit, in soup. yeh :P

i went over by 500 cals today. First real bad period pain in six years. This is part of losing weight I didnt want to get!! Well the pain won out today. It wont again.

Im the opposite. I find a late night work out takes away my excess energy and calms my mind, so I get to sleep better cause I'm tired from the workout :P

Just input your stats; you're BMI is 27.7. This is only just overweight. Under 25 BMI is considered healthy. As you are close to healthy, you will lose weight SLOWER then someone with a high BMI. Don't aim to lose more than half a pound (250g) per week. Slower is healthier! Good luck.

Losing weight is 70% food and 30% exercise. Sort out your food intake (lots of info above) and then start working out. Calorie deficit >>>>>>>>> Working out 12x a week!

If they want their own meals, let them cook it. Lead by example. Making your family healthier by cooking healthy for them will only do them good. They will thank you in the end!
