When I do just the veggie/fruit/seed, it averages around 370. I then use it as a meal replacement

I have noticed the calories burned for activity on mfp can be a little bit off. I have a Fitbit that I wear (it sync's with mfp) so that allows me a more accurate count. Sorry I can't help you with golfing calories, but kudo's to you for walking....you are making the best choice!

This is a great tool to help. If you have a smartphone there is an app. Makes it really easy to log your food since you can take a pic of the upc and it puts it right in! The only problem with adding smoothie is I use different veggies/fruit everyday and it takes too much time to add it up!
