Personally, I prefer daily weigh ins. When I weighed in weekly it became too much of an event for me. If I hadn't lost (or even worse, if I had gained) I was so disappointed! I never knew if it was just that day or not, until the next week. Now that I weigh daily I expect fulctuations and can deal with them much better.…

Hi everyone! I have lost 15 lbs so far on my journey, which started in January, and I am aiming to lose another 45 to get to my first goal, and then probably another 10. I am 5' 3 and started at 202. I stick to 1200 calories a day, and try to workout about 5 days a week. I would love support from those with similar goals…
