  • I was taught to do cardio AFTER weights because cardio releases the body's natural human growth hormone. If it is already released before weight training, you will not see as much of a difference from weight training bcuz you have limited amounts of HGH in your system. Just what I have been told.
  • I am at 170 carb on training days, 140 carb on off days. Protein and fats always stay the same (150p, 45f) per day.
