  • I lost 10 lbs in a month just keeping myself between 1200 and 1500 calories a day and doing exercise videos 3 times a week. It's different for everyone, I realize, but I believe you can definitely lose 53 lbs by then, maybe even more if you want to. :)

  • Congrats. You're making great progress. Yeah I agree with you. I try to avoid the scale at all costs and just keep up the diet and exercise. If I checked the scale all the time I'd lose my nerve. Just keep doing what you're doing and just check the scale when you're ready.
