I'm a smidgen under 5'5" and my goal is between 145-150lb, but I'm pretty curvy and broadly built. Been everything from 120 - 180, but found that weight range was when I felt my best. ( Any smaller or bigger than that range, I felt tired!) On my way back to there! :)
