Just finished Day 10 of Level 2 and have lost an inch off my waist!! I think I am going to hang out on Level 2 for a bit as I still find it challenging.

Mine was when I was a party and was speaking to my girlfriend's husband and the topic of weight came up. I do 30 day shred and No More Trouble Zones by Jillian Michaels. I do DVD 4 - 5 times a week and take an one hour and 15 min bar method class. Definitely try JM DVDs.

Started this morning. I actually didn't find it that bad. For the last month, 3x a week, I have been doing No More Trouble Zones, which I found difficult. I am at 1200 calories and I this is only my second week, so I am definitely struggling a bit. Learning not to beat my self up if I go over. I have a hard time finding filling foods.

I have only being doing No More Trouble Zones, does any of other DVD don't do lunges? My left quad is killing me when I go to do the lunges. Thanks.

I used WW in the past and so far like MFP better. First, which everyone says, it is free. Second, it has every food in the database. I spent so much time having to type in all the nutrional values in WW. Thirdly, the community is much better :wink:
