Just joined My Peak Challenge yesterday. I need more structure around my workout routines. I have been working out religiously for the last month and it is all cardio, cardio, cardio. Looking forward to starting the training on Monday. I worked out a bit too hard on Friday night and paying the price today as I feel ill.…

I am doing Optifast 800. I started on Wednesday. I do one shake in the am. My snacks are there granola bars. Lunch is plain non fat greek yogurt with a veggie. Dinner is a protein, veggie and 1 carb. I need to stay between 900 - 1000. My metabolism is shot.

Definitely call the office. They are legally obligated to share the information with you.

The only way to really know how many calories you are burning is to use a heart rate monitor. Take a look at the Polar FT4.

I agree - Back in January, I was somewhere between 115 and 120 and found it very hard to maintain. Shooting for 125. Just need to lose these 10 extra pounds which I am finding to be very stubborn.

I count my seltzer as water :>

I have done all levels and have cycled back through. Whatever the reason, I didn't like Level 2. Even the second time around, I still didn't like. Level 3 is much better! Just 10 more days......

Did the KT Tape work for hamstring? I just pulled my hamstring on Monday and it is rather painful. I am applying ice for 20 mins every 3 hours but that doesn't seem to be helping anymore. Any advice would be much appreciated

Thanks for this info. I have a tentative diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis and I am seeing a specialist on January 14th. It is good to read that one can still work out.

Going down a clothes size is the best feeling. Better than watching the scale!!

Quick question - do you ever track how many calories you burn and track that through mfp? I have a Nike Fuel band and had 14,000 steps today and burned 1384 calories. Didn't do any cardio, just walking.

I started out with No More Trouble Zones but the amount of lunges will killing me knees and switched to 30 DS. I love it and ended up doing Level 3 for much longer than the 10 days. I am currently doing Ripped in 30 and it is a much faster pace. I am glad that I did 30 DS first and then Ripped in 30. With either DVD, I…

I was stuck on for a while and for two days upped my calories and I started to drink lots of water. I moved from 8 cups to 12 cups. Also, I found whenever I start a new workout routine my body likes to hold on the pounds. Then in a week or two it will start moving down again. Should open your dairy, so people can give you…

I work from home as well and my lunch hour is all about me and working out. I just started Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 DVD which is only 25 mins and then to cool down, I walk or run around the block. Jillian Michaels DVD is relatively inexpensive.

I completed 30 DS! I am doing Ripped in 30. Currently in week 2, day 4!
