I love my polar FT4! Totally worth the investment and keeps me motivated.

Yes, I use my Polar FT4 with a chest strap, everytime I workout. I mainly do DVDs and it is very accurate.

I didn't lose any weight doing the 30 day shred but did lose 3 inches around that muffin top. Also, lost an inch around my hips and thighs. It definitely made me much stronger and my arms are looking much better.

Finished 30 DS, been doing No More Trouble Zones and my girlfriend just dropped off, Ripped in 30. I am planning on starting Ripped in 30 today :smile:

I did it and lost 2.5 inches off my waist. My arms and stomach definitely became much more tone and I am totally stronger too. Just got Ripped in 30 to start this weekend.

You need to get an Heart Rate Monitor that will tell you how many calories you burned and log it tht way. You will be surprised what burpees and lunges do to your heart rate :>

I completely 30 DS and I didn't lose any weight but I DID lose 2 inches around my waist, hips and thighs. I still do Level 3, love that workout! Wait to you start Level 2 - it is no joke and half way through, you should start to see body changes.
