I have lost 26lbs and it used to show that when I logged on, but now it only counts me as losing 1lb?! Idk what's up with it but mine has been like this for at least a month or so now.

Try eating about 1800 for a week, you will more than likely see the scale drop. I know it may sound crazy to you, but after eating 1200 calories for so long your body is like "Ok, well whatever i dont wanna lose weight lol" so it's good to adjust your calories when you hit a plateau.

I have a cheat day every Saturday. I'm trying to cut back and only have a cheat day every 2 weeks. So far the longest I've made it is 12 days. Progress! (: And ever since I have been doing this I went from 136.3 pounds to 125.5 pounds.

Peanut Butter, pasta (with tomato sauce). whole wheat bread, brown rice, etc. Also, nuts are good. I like Almonds, pistachios, peanuts, and cashews. I find apples, pears, and grapes to be filling and higher calorie than some fruits. Hope this helps!

Aww dear :( Try eating more calorie dense foods, like pasta, bread, peanut butter, things like that. It sounds to me like you have disordered eating habits and fear of weight gain. Those are huge signs of people developing an eating disorder. I think you should talk to someone about it and get help before this goes too…
